I recently switch over from my previous Agency because of the terrible customer service they offered. Of course one never knows how good your broker is until you have a claim but working with Christine Pagliaroli at Olson & DiNunzio was a breathe of fresh air- she had the patience to keep coming back with answers to my many questions regarding my home insurance coverage. Their agency was recommended and I am completely satisfied with our initial set up. |
